From Thursday 18th April, the Peel Street public toilets will be temporarily closed for maintenance and improvement works to be carried out. It is anticipated the works will take up to two weeks, so the toilets should be back open by 7th May.
The other public toilets in the town center remain open and available – alternative toilets can be found locally at:
- Accrington Arndale: Mon – Sat: 09:00 – 17:30
- Accrington Bus Station (20p charge): 05:00 – 22:00
- Tesco Extra: Mon – Sat: 06:00 – Midnight/ Sun: 11:00 – 17:00
- Disabled W.C. – Accrington Library: Mon – Sat: 09:00 – 17:00
- Disabled W.C. – Accrington Town Hall: Mon – Fri: 09:00 – 16:00
