Lydia Ernestine Becker was a changemaker, scientist and influencer.

From Accrington roots to global impact, Lydia had big ideas at a time when women were often not listened to. She was a scientist and artist who stood up for fairness.

Visit the pop-up exhibition to learn more about her and take part in different artist-led activities each week, inspired by her story.
