The building opposite Accrington Town Hall will be restored to become a modern co-working space for individuals and businesses.

The scaffolding at Burtons Chambers has been removed, revealing the building’s stunning new windows for the first time. This marks a key step in the revitalisation of this historic structure as part of the wider town centre regeneration project. As the project progresses, these visible changes highlight the hard work and collaboration behind the scenes. The new windows bring a fresh look to Burtons Chambers, helping to restore and preserve the building’s character while contributing to the town’s vibrant future.

We’re completing the procurement process for Phase 2 fit-out works. We expect that the successful contractor will commence work in late August/early September 2025.
